Rotterdam with toddlers and pre-schoolers

For the youngest, there is a small traffic park for children aged 0 to 4 next to Verkeersstad Harvey, where they ride and explore at their own pace. In the big covered sandpit they dig and build, even when it rains.

Frenky World, an indoor play world above the sandpit for children up to about 6, is expected to open in mid-October 2026. Babies aged 0 to 1 go free, there are baby facilities by the roller rink and almost the whole park is accessible with a pushchair.

With children up to 12

Children up to 12 climb and slide in the outdoor playground, bounce on the trampolines and drive through Verkeersstad Harvey or in Frenky’s pedal cars. On the covered roller rink you borrow roller skates for free from size 32, and protective gear too.

Spelen bij Beelen is designed especially for families with children aged 0 to 12. Not every activity suits every age or height, so check beforehand what suits your child.
