These terms and conditions apply to a visit to Spelen bij Beelen (Speelhaven Rotterdam), to tickets and annual passes bought through our website or at the box office, and to orders in our webshop, such as Wim’s book. By buying or using tickets, taking out an annual pass or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You can buy tickets in advance through our ticket website or on the day itself at the box office. There are no time slots: with your ticket you can play all day on the date of your ticket. Groups, school trips, after-school clubs and foundations also order their tickets through our website.
Tickets are not refunded after purchase and cannot be cancelled. You can change the date of your ticket, so you can come on another day. Tickets are personal and not intended for resale.
The annual pass is personal and not transferable. It is valid for one year from the day of purchase and gives access to Spelen bij Beelen and the Ark van Noach. You buy it online and collect your pass with photo at the desk.
With an annual pass you do not need to book, but without a booking entry is not guaranteed: if the park is full, it is full. With a booking you are sure of entry. The annual pass is not refunded after purchase, not even when the park is full.
The park is for children aged 0 to 12. Children visit the park under the supervision of an adult, who remains responsible for them during the visit. Always follow the instructions of our staff.
Use attractions and play equipment according to the instructions and the age or height guidance shown. Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed; this keeps things equal and tidy for everyone. If someone behaves in a way that puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk, we may refuse or end their entry, without any right to compensation.
You can order the book Van sloper tot inspirator through our own webshop or buy it in all Bruna shops. The current price, including printing and delivery, is shown in the webshop. Of every book, € 7 goes to printing and delivery; all of the remaining proceeds are used to help children who need it. You pay safely through our secure checkout. The book was published on 17 July 2026.
A visit to the park is at your own risk. We do everything we can to keep the park safe and well maintained. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to property, or for damage caused by not following instructions, unless the law says otherwise.
Opening hours, attractions and the programme may change, for example because of the weather or maintenance. You will always find the latest information on our website. We may change these terms; the latest version is on this page.
