1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to a visit to Spelen bij Beelen (Speelhaven Rotterdam), to bookings made through our website and to orders in our web shop, such as Wim’s book. By reserving a time slot, using tickets or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Tickets and bookings
You book your visit in advance through our ticket website. Because we work with time slots and a limited number of places, a ticket is only valid for the time slot booked. Tickets are personal and not intended for resale.
3. Access and supervision
The park is intended for children aged 0 to 12. Children visit the park accompanied by an adult, who remains responsible for them throughout the visit. Always follow the instructions given by our staff.
4. Safety and house rules
Use attractions and play equipment according to the instructions and the stated age or height guidance. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted; this keeps things equal and tidy for everyone. In the event of behaviour that endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, we may refuse or end access without any right to compensation.
5. Ordering the book
The book From wrecker to inspirer is available exclusively through our own web shop. The price is € 24.95 including printing and shipping. From every book € 7 goes towards printing and shipping; we use all of the remaining proceeds to help children who need it. You pay safely through our secure checkout. The book is published on 17 July 2026 and pre-orders are delivered from that date.
6. Liability
A visit to the park is at your own risk. We do everything we can to keep the park safe and well maintained. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to property, or for damage arising from failure to follow instructions, unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Changes
Opening hours, time slots, attractions and the programme may change, for example because of the weather or maintenance. You will always find current information on our website. We may amend these terms; the latest version is shown on this page.
